Core Temp is a small tool with which the temperature of the processor can read. It must be installed nothing complicated, just a single executable file is needed.
Originally the program worked only with Intel processors, but for older and newer AMD CPUs some time ago but a beta stage exclaimed. This should, however, the site be used, otherwise it to misunderstandings among abgelesenen values may occur.
